Vodacom not providing clear information to customers to close sales

All these years later and still cannot get basic customer service right. Can you please teach Kat from fiber the importance of customer service . She talks back to clients while they speak and raised her voice. They're only interested in the sale and have no concern for the customer needs. Choose a service for provider that actually shows interest in the customer. Don't waste your time with Vodacom.
