Vodacom not protecting their customers

Vodacom May account has WASP charges for Mira Networks and Opera Telecom for almost R600, they charge me twice a day everyday. I never subscribed to anything, I don't receive anything? So via my service provider and my debit order this ***** can continue without any legal action or a way to prevent them from getting the money? This is the easiest way to ***** from someone, and get away with it. and the customer, can do nothing about it. Vodacom is not interested to do anything about it, and these ********** are un contactable. How do we stop this? Once they started billing Vodacom, they are guaranteed to get their money via your debit order you have signed with Vodacom. You inform Vodacom that being charged twice a day for something you did not agree to, and you don't receive and have to pay for is *****. They will still pay these WASP providers, they obviously have their account numbers and a business relationship with them. Yet you can't get hold of them, since these WASP services are un contactable. So guess how many millions of people have debit orders with their cellphone provider and get caught like this? Guess what Vodacom, you lost 4 contracts, and a customer of over 15 yrs
