Vodacom not keeping their word

At the end of August I was contacted by Vodacom to do a package migration as they said I could save money by doing so. I agreed to this but unfortuantly this is not what ended up happening. Firstly they upgraded my contract and sent me a laptop and invoiced me for such, which is not what was discussed in the recorded phone call, all I agreed to was a down grade migration where I was supposed to be charged under R300 per month, nothing more. So they now wanted to charge me over R900 per month. After numerous phonecalls I managed to return the laptop and had asked them to cancell everything and revert me back to my month to month payment as I had been before, this was agreed to by them on the phone so there must be a recording for such. But they havent done so. They are now charging me over R700 per month instead of the approx R460 I was charged before. Each time I phone in they say its a system problem and that I will get a credit and it will revert back to my old month to month package were I was paying for 100 free minutes and 2GB Date on the SmartMore Date package. Right not I dont have any airtime minutes. My reference for the where it was agreed to revert back to month to month is RCO ***, nnsp***, laptop sentback with RAM Couriers Reference COL***7. On 02.11.2021 I was promised it would all be sorted ref R1460O. But to date no credit has been paid back and it still hasn't reverted back to the old month to month package
