Vodacom - not just poor service, now ****s too

Suddenly there are daily charges on my Vodacom statement that relate to games that I’ve never played or requested - specifically:

DCB SGN Games 4.35 GameMine Games 4.35

I don’t have either of these installed on my phone, and the charges are running into hundreds of rands. How is this possible?

For years we have been ****med by Vodacom through paying full (inflated) prices for sub-standard quality and service, and now they seem to have graduated to even more blatant ********.
