Vodacom not interested in their clients, only their clients money...

Vumatel been down in our area since 20h20 29 July 2021, guess what, I call the Vodacom Fibre call centre to ask how much longer it will be down, lol, they do not even know there is an outage in the Quellerina, Randburg area. Vumatel call centre is not operational. Rocketnet and VOX have already sent out messages to there clients last night and again this morning stating that there is an outage. Nothing from the big boys, again - who cares about the clients is Vodacons attitude. Another issue is you pay for a line and they do not give you the upload and download speed you pay for, unless you complain. Than, other providers are offering free upgrades to clients, nooo, not Vodacon.
