Vodacom not interested in retaining customers

It seems impossible to get through to Retentions - we have been with Vodacom for ages with 4 accounts. Trying to get someone to assist in changing the contract to include data is like solving Escom problems.....not do-able..... and this will force us to cancel our contracts with Vodacom since they don't care we will rather use their competition.
