VODACOM NOT INTERESTED IN NEW BUSINESS OR LOYAL CUSTOMERS

After being a loyal client for 20 years, I try organize a new business contract for a new staff member. Not only have they not updated my details after telling them several times over the years resulting in 2 deliveries being refused, but it has taken them 5 weeks and I am still waiting for my phone to be delivered. I have been the one contacting the courier company not them. Still hasn't helped
