Vodacom not interested in my company's business

On Wednesday, 18 February 2015, I called Vodacom with an interest in their satellite, microwave or LTE service for my company. I received a reference number from them. Since Wednesday, I have called every day, and Vodacom promised me that they will get a sales person from corporate to discuss my needs. Needless to say, but Vodacom has still not contacted me regarding my business' needs. Maybe I should take my current business contracts away from Vodacom as well.
