Vodacom not honouring valid contract signed

I app**** for and signed a contract for the Red Advantage Plan. Not only did I receive SMS confirmation that the contract was approved, but I got given the new cell phone and sim card and told to wait a day for the port of my number from MTN to finalize. This was nearly TWO WEEKS AGO. I was now told that although the contract was approved, I no longer qualify???, and need to downgrade a contract level for 3 months, then upgrade my plan to Red Advantage, and be charged over R1300 a month, for the exact same plan that I signed for at a price of R1 129 per month. This is breach of the contract that I signed, which was processed and accepted by Vodacom. Now they expect me to downgrade to a contract that's insufficient for my needs for 3 months, then upgrade to my original contract, and charge me over R200 EXTRA per month because Vodacom's systems weren't in place at the onset. I have now spent nearly 2 weeks on pay-as-you-go on MTN, waiting for this issue to be resolved and for my new contract to activate, which has been very costly. I'm seriously considering reverting back to my MTN contract, as this is HIGHLY unprofessional, inconvenient, frustrating, and in my opinion, *******
