Vodacom not helpfull

Not happy at all. Vodacom refuses to cancel my subscription. Contract has ended last year already so I am on pay as you go currently because rhe refuse to end the service. Cancelled debit order thrice but with no luck. If you go in-store they can't help you. You must make a call to customer services and then they try to sell you more products instead. Vodacom u suck!! You are *****ing my money!
