Vodacom not helpfull

Because of the Vodacom for U shop in Jeffreysbay our family decided to change from Vodacom to Cell C. The shop in Jeffeysbay service are very bad with unfriendly staff and so many people in our town can confirm this. <br> I decided to buy out to contract I paid the amount in full and after a week change to cell C and kept my *** number. I was very happy that all was ok and im am not longer with Vodacom. <br> Vodacom was always good but not the for U shop. 6 month there after Vodacom still took the money from my bank account. Ive spend a lot of money to phone Vodacom from my cell number there for it was not free and had to pay to stay on the phone hours and hours. Nobody willing to help me. Im still waiting to be paid back the money they took from my account. Please help with the problem Ive been having for many years know. Look at my account and phone me I want the money back<br>
