Vodacom not going out of their way for customers

Worst customer service ever! Someone contacted me for an upgrade from Vodacom. She sold me a data contact with a laptop. Which is what I need as my daughter is in matric now. The laptop was delivered only to find out it is faulty. Now just to get this laptop returned or cancel the contract or take out a new contract is a problem. They will not go out of their way to assist me. Even if it is not my fault that the laptop is faulty I am bring penalised. This is non on and is definitely the worst customer service. Why must we as the customer battle this much? It is so frustrating!
