Vodacom not giving good customer service
I have been struggling to get Vodacom to clear my account. There was an online ********** account open on my account and they are struggling up until today to sort the issue. I have reported it to them in December 2021 already. Very frustrating. I tried calling there customer service number and keeps on being cut off. Really working on my last nerve. Haibo Vodacom.

13 Jun 2022, 12:47To date nobody from Vodacom has contacted me. I had to call the call centre only to be cut again. I eventually got through to the call centre only to be told that the account was opened up. Customer Service not very good at all. I have been a loyal customer to Vodacom for more than 15 years to be treated this way. I have a good mind to cancel this contract.
