Vodacom not giving customer service

Ive contacted vodacom due to an incident where the police are dusputing my number belongs to another person .ive tried to resolve this but vodacom is not assisting me .they just send me to other platforms which i cant open and at a vodashop im charged for this service.to find out if my number was given to another person in the last month .this is not fair for a customer to get treatment like this for supporting and using their plat forms.
