Vodacom not giving as advertised.

I've been with Vodacom since 2004, I'm super disappointed in what happened today. I ordered a Lenovo laptop about two weeks ago as per the Vodacom lets talk magazine the following should have been included in the contract: Lenovo laptop, laptop bag, wifi router, AVG internet security, ability office, R5000 cyber insurance and a wireles mouse. When we did the upgrade all was in order expected we'll get as Vodacom advertised. When Vodacom Vredenburg called to inform that the laptop arrived and is ready for collection, as we were busy finalizing the last of the paperwork I asked about the mouse and was told that its not available anymore. So I should just accept this and move on, Vodacom you better fix this, you are busy digging a huge hole for yourself! My household all has 1 or 2 even 3 contract with you we'll see who is smiling at the end wonder if it will be nice loosing 10 contracts and I'll tell every person I come across about my experience with Vodacom. Lets see how long Vodacom can keep their doors open the way things are going now!
