VODACOM not for the Elderly

It will be almost a month since my review and complaint against Vodacom Liberty Midlands Malls, to date no one has contacted me regarding the incident that transpired. This just goes to show you that big companies do not care about their customer service any longer, they only care about the money being debited monthly.

Absolutely pathetic and appalling behavior Vodacom. Your standards leave not much to be desired for.
