Vodacom not disclosing an important clause

I took out contract with Vodacom and I asked for the insurance, the lady did not care to tell me if i take out my sim card out of the phone i will lose cover. I asked Luigi Mtetwa from Finrite for recording of the actual conversation. I am still waiting. I want my premiums back. Vodacom was dishonest from not disclosing this important clause to me.
