Vodacom not delivering PayPal SMS's
I am not receiving the OTP from PayPal. PayPal says it is a problem with Vodacom. I see on MyBroadband this has been going on since 7/12/23. I can't get PayPal support to disable 2 factor authentication because I no longer have the credit card I used in the past and they need the last 4 digits to verify me so they can access my account, the primary reason I need to get into PayPal is to link my new credit card. How can this be going on for close to 2 months? When will it be resolved?

I want to buy stuff and pay using PayPal but I have sent the pin SMS over 30 times and not received it. Do I have to change service providers? That is what PayPal is telling me to do. This is going on for over 2 months
