Vodacom not delivering on their promise

I ordered an upgrade through vodacom which was promised would be delivered within 3 days, this was on the 16 July 2018. When calling vodacom to confirm that the order is on its way i was told that the order hasnt even been confirmed, not only that but they have not processed my order and they will not be delivering it any time soon. They could not give me an estimated delivery time either.
