Vodacom not debiting
I have signed up data package with Vodacom beginning of 2026, the other month they did not debit and they said I did not have money in my account and when I checked that day I had about R3000. The next thing they said I am in arears and wanted to soft lock my sim card and I arranged with them to debit double the following month. Now for this month they did not debit and I have left some money for them to debit but it looks like their system is failing somewhere and they will rush to put me in bureaus one mistake. I am not happy at all with Vodacom
