Vodacom not Crediting money they owe me

I had an issue where Vodacom insurance started billed me this year yet I canceled the insurance last year. I wrote a review and was contacted. They had made an error on their side and was supposed to have credited me. Up till today I am waiting for my money to be credited into my bank account. This was supposed to have been in my account 2 weeks ago and am still waiting and nobody contacted me with regards to this yet my attempt in mailing. Should I not receive my money i shall take further action.
