Vodacom not coming to the party

As we all know lock-down means people who can must work from home and students must study from home, also entertainment must happen at home. and all this requires internet access. We have 2 adults working from home and 2 students studying from home, each of these must have internet connections to do their work. I bought an uncapped option from Vodacom because (even before lock-down) I knew we were a high user of internet. And yet despite the country being in lock-down and me buying an uncapped service from Vodacom they soft cap me by the 18th of the month. Now we cannot work and study at the same time, please Vodacom come to the party and lift this ridiculous soft-cap from people who are paying for an uncapped service.
