Vodacom not cancelling my contract

I complain about Vodacom because I have been trying to cancel a contract 5 times over a period of three months but the contract is never cancelled and each month the debit order still shows I'm paying for the contract. When I call them about it they say they will be escalating the matter but nothing happens. I get the idea that Vodacom does not want to cancel the contract.

Dear Vodacom

I am glad about the assistance with the other two numbers.
I still see same amount on the invoice I got inMay for the other contract tat I tried to close numerous times. I am told that that one is being worked on but really, Its been 4 months now!

Dear Vodacom
I noticed that I never received any e-mail confirmarion from you forcancellation of the contract (the one i'm complaining about). When I call your call centre about it they say they can't do anything about it because the matter has been escalated. It seems like your escallation process is very slow. Will I ever get the money back fir te minths I have been wronfully invoiced (debit orders)?

Dear Vodacom

I see on your latest invoice and statement (3 June 2021) that you still did not cancel the contract, you make me pay for a contract that I tried to cancel numerous times over the period of 5 months, and you don't credit me for all the time I pay for that contract while you are dragging your heels, you just keeping deducting it per debit order. Your people say to me they can't cancel the contract right away because you are escalating the matter because it was not cancelled on the first request because Vodacom would like to improve its processes, but in the mean time I get no joy. What will it take for you to hear me? Do I have to return the debit order at my bank? Will you listen to me then?
I advise others to think twice before they enter in a contract with Vodacom because when it comes to cancelling the contract then you may get stuck in it like I did.
