Vodacom - not cancelling - blacklisting

Vodacom, wont cancel contract even though you followed steps for cancellation. My contract ended August 2025 I cancelled July 2025 as I kept receiving calls asking if I would like to upgrade. I have spoken to Cleopatra,Smakele Bhebheni,Mbali,Mpho,Chubeka, Manisha and have been personally in store to cancel with Lydia in Polokwane Limpopo. Yet you have now blacklisted me handed me over!!!
