Vodacom Not cancelling an account !!!!

<p>Good day . <br />I have (had) a VIP RED account with vodacom. R2000 pm. we had a huge issue the 1st month where the bill cam to over R4000. i sent through a complaint to no avail and no one could explain this . we had put a limit on the account of the 2000 rand . after getting a no answers from Vodacom i sent a complaint to HelloPeter hoping to hear back. eventually a gentleman did contact me via Phone stating that he understands the isssue and will reverse the amount but not accept the fault ... (first red flag ) two months after it happened again when i contacted vodacom again and spoke to the same gentleman saying i cannot go on like this as this is on my company account and is looking bad to ITC. i canceled the account .</p> <p>I have a statement dated : 2014-12-18<br />B ********** -4<br />Account holder: JIRAH404<br />Outstanding balance: R 1,729.57</p> <p>Which was what i expected to pay , then recieved another account<br />Account number: B ********** -4<br />Capital outstanding: R 19,629.76<br />Balance of subscriptions: R 32,777.18<br />Hardware balance: R 0.00<br />Total amount due: R 52,406.94.</p> <p>Within 3 months the ammount went up to 52000 rand.</p> <p>needless to say the account was closed (disconnected ) <br />i do not understand home i can have an account for 2000 rand pm and within 3 to 4 months its at R52000 after cancelling the account.</p> <p>i recieved a call from MDCS this morning stating how bad this is reflecting on my credit scores etc.</p> <p>if someone can explain to me.<br />1- why the account was not cancled <br />2- if the account is for 2k pm initially how if only using the account for a few months it is now at 60 thousand rand.<br />3- what do i need to do to get this situation sorted out with vodacom </p> <p>4- what are the contact details to actually speak to someone who knows what is going on , </p>
