Vodacom not bothering to actually read the complaints!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just wrote a complaint here telling Vodacom I do not have a phone they can not call as their generic copy and paste reply will not suffice. What happened I got the copy and past we will phone you.

Vodacom its time you gave a **** about your customers and actually bothered to read their complaints and sort their issues out not just lying to them!!!
