Vodacom not allowing upgrades

For months and months and months, I have been struggling to do the online upgrade. The upgrade tab remains faded. One time, I was able to click on it and when getting to the check-out, that button was faded. What is going on???? I have tried getting assistance, to no avail. This upgrade has been due since March 2024. We are in middle November !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now Vodacom sends me an sms indicating that the ticket has been closed. The issue is STILL not sorted out. You know what Vodacom....stick your contract in your a-hole. I will cancel this contract and take out a new one with MTN.
