VODACOM NOT ALLOWING MONTH TO MONTH CONTRACTS ANY LONGER

I was just called by "Peter from Vodacom" telling me "as from next month Vodacom won't be allowing any month to month contracts any longer". He wanted to talk me into signing a 24 months contract with Vodacom giving me many "free" things.

Firstly, why aren't month to month contracts allowed any longer? Secondly, why give less than a month notice" Thirdly, why force pensioners like me into signing a 24 month contract?

Vodacom has some explaining to do.

I was contacted by a very helpful Vodacom agent (to my embarrassment I can't remember his name) who told me what I had been told by Peter is not correct - in fact, nothing changes. He will do a follow-up through Vodacom's QC. Thanks Sir - if Vodacom have more like you, we shouldn't have to solicit hellopeter's help.
