Vodacom not accepting that clients want to cancel contracts

Vodacom has not contacted me regarding my lastest comments on my last review provided yesterday. I was still contacted this morning regarding an existing contract. Even after mentioning that I need Vodacom to respond to my latest comments on my last review, I was still told that I can get more value by adding a tablet to an existing contract.

I have just received an invoice quote from Vodacom on the contract that I decided to keep after being pressurised by a call centre agent from the upgrades department. He informed me that he can give me a better deal since I can take a tablet and still pay the same amount that I have been paying per month but when I saw the invoice it was R50 more than what I was paying for the sim only with 2GB data per month. He also told me that this would be a 24 month contract as per the previous agent who renewed my contract for 24 months without me knowing but now I see that the contract is for 36 months. I really hate having to deal with Vodacom and I have been with Vodacom for almost 24 years now. I would like to have no contracts with Vodacom since these agents are like vultures that do not want to let a person go or speak the truth as to what the contract really entails. I would never have taken such a pathetic device out of my own free will. I rather go and buy an iPad than getting a tablet with 2GB RAM and so little storage space.
