Vodacom norwood mall exploitation

Do not go to the Vodacom Norwood store. I was incorrectly advised by a technician who influenced me to purchase a flash disk for R600 for no reason. Paid R400 to back my phone up and got less than half the content. The manager Thabo admits i was incorrectly advised, as well as the assistant manager and I must take it up with the technician myself. They refuse to take any accountability or show respect to customers. They will exploit you. Many staff members also admitted of being intoxicated over weekends at the store so I suggest reframing from going over weekends or you will be met with intoxicated staff members who don’t remember the advise they give you the following day.
