VODACOM NORTH GATE IS USELESS

I bought a phone In January 2015, the cellphone came with complimentary headphones as advertised and till to date i have not received the head phones. I was in the store 2 weeks ago and the BRANCH MANAGER promised he would have the headset after three days!!this is the branch manager making false broken promises. maybe i should take up Cell Cs offer to buy me out because this is not the first time i experience such with Vodacom!i will never give them business again nor refer someone to them.
