VODACOM NOOOOO CLIENT SERVICE !!!!!

I was contacted by Robbie who asked me to resend the Phone which i did, it then came BACK AGAIN with a quote, they do not take responsibility for a manufacturers Fault on a phone, i think this is pathetic, i asked a Vodacom employer to send it again, i am really tired of Vodacom, they have NOOOO client service at all. I want this phone fixed or REPLACED AS I SAID.
