Vodacom Nonsense
I have sent several requests to Vodacom for a cellphone to be collected and they still have not fetched the phone since the 3rd of Dec 2020 iv been calling Vodacom and Ram to fetch this phone and nobody is giving me an answer, Vodacom says their "back office" is the problem so can the " back office" fix this mess as my credit score will be affected over a product that I do not want.
