Vodacom non service delivery!!!
I pay R3500 to Vodacom for 3 contract phones plus wifi...realised i am not receiving data on wifi ....went in last Saturday to Vodacom in Springs Mall....a very helpful lady assisted me saw they were not loading my data promised to sort.....had no feed back ,phoned twice before i got a call....and head office will take a look.........unacceptable....i do not pay my bill this way....service pls South Africa...
