Vodacom non service and non responsive

I am still waiting on Vodacom to send me the telephone recording that I supposedly agreed to an extention(4yrs) to my 2yr contract that ended in 2019 and then supposedly to 2021 with no added device or added data which I don't agreed to. I want Proof!!!! Urgently.
