Vodacom non service

I went to Vodacom at boardwalk mall Richardsbay on Monday to signup for an additional service...their special 60g data after waiting 2 hours to be served, the system indicated my application to be declined as Im in arrears. This is impossible as my current accounts go off on debit order as it has been for the last 18 odd years. The lady told us to come back on Tuesday. I went back and waited from 15h30 until 17h30. Only to be told that the accounts dept at HO need till wed or latest thursday to decide if I qualify. I find this long waiting time and delays un professional and unacceptable. I informed the very helpfull shop assistant by name of Prudence that if it is not sorted by tommorrow after more than 18 years cutting all ties with vodacom. Its service like this that make you Vodacom loose customers, its wasting peoples time and frustrating.
