Vodacom Non response to complaint for a year
Have two contracts with Vodacom. LTE data was initially sporadic and very intementent. Now it is super slow -- less than ONE MBS. Made numerous complaints since a year ago and still no resolve. They promise that a tech will call back but nothing. absolutely nothing.
