Vodacom non-performance

I received a new Apple Iphone device due to an insurance claim last year. The device has not been functioning properly since inception. I have been trying to contact a consultant or manager for the last three months, without success. After sending email upon email, one gets referred to the Mobi application, again and again, and when requesting managerial support, it runs dead. I was pushed into purchasing a new device.
