Vodacom non-existing services

Vodacom is as useless as a local municipality - I paid with my Debit Card on Sunday at a Vodacom Store an payment is still not reflecting - the poor lady saids I must send a proof of payment - I could have done an EFT an proof of payment would have been send automatically - from a cybersecurity perspective I am reluctant to use online card payments to such a company - it’s like dealing with a municipality while we talk of 4IR an Metaverse 🤣💦 I just rest my case - choosing a Mobile Operator is like choosing who to vote for in South Africa - it is a Hell of Thing - maybe I should use Telkom fixed line 🤣💦
