Vodacom non existent fiber service

I had vodacom fiber installed in my home, on 18 March 2021, and till now have not had it activated, 30 March 2021 the call center operators give me one story after the next, promising to escalate each time and nothing happens, all they do is try pacify you while reading off some corporate script and do nothing to solve your query.

i called the call center today, and all i got to hear was the operators have a fat chat in back round, not attending to my call, Vodacom service has become a joke,
