Vodacom non exist service but data disappears!!!!! vodacom *****ing Data

Good Day Everyone

So in my area Vodacom's service is non existing, as in my phone sits on "no service' if not the service is not available, my phone would be on and i would receive an sms stating that i missed calls and as for my whatsapp wow ***( just to put it mildly ) i would send a text around 2pm and the person would only receive the text 8 to 9 pm. we recently received smses stating that Vodacom is having problems with their network yada yada due to the load shedding, mind you i have been writing posts using a different service on their Facebook and did i ever receive any response? no cause they dont care!! for months non stop posts. so i buy data for whenever i receive an Whatsapp it comes in, to my surprise my data parishes like water!! my phone is on 'NO SERVICE" but i would get smses stating my data is going down, this would happen and i would check if i have service and nothing. Mind you i work from home at times and this means no service all day, i have to go visit the office to get service. Vodacom's network was *** before, now i don't know what the hell is going, and if the problem is with their towers why aint they fixing it, why didn't they fix it before it got like this? if they cant provide towers for my area why don't they say, so we can move to other service providers? Vodacom wants to keep taking our money but provide nothing. so am completely confused , puzzled at this how does my data disappear but i don't have service, and i cant even receive calls or send or receive whatspp messages. can Vodacom explain themselves to me
