Vodacom NON - customer service

The worst company when it comes to customer service. They are fleecing customers out of their money with unauthorized contracts and upgrades. They upgraded two data contracts of mine *******ly and **********ly. 3 Months later I am still trying to get these agreements reversed without any luck. The CEO's office got involved and they are as useless. Contacted the Consumer Commissioner's office and they just sit on their fat salaries without teeth or pride to do their jobs. Shameless bunch of no goods!!
