Vodacom non care about clients
I complained about my data contract and got no response what so ever. Even if there is a message that indicates they will respond private, no response was received. I only got 2 messages 'a agent will contact you soon'. This is pathetic and vodacom is not interested in its clients what so ever. I will cancel this specific contract today.
