Vodacom no written response and continued dishonest and ***********

Vodacom has again proven every interaction is a show of incompetence and dishonest dealings. One of my contracts was due for an upgrade and I tried to do it Online (as every single time it didn't work, except the one time it worked and they tried to change the devices in a very scaly way) I decided, that's it I'm done especially after seeing I was still charged every month for something I cancelled telephonically months ago.

I tried to email since October last year to various email addresses including cancellations, customer care (which no longer works since they route everything to the Tobi abomination that never works) and even legal @ vodacom since I refuse to not have anything in writing anymore after Vodacom continues dishonest business practices (I am happy to share more of these with examples).

I have been sending this email to confirm contract cancellation and asking why I'm still being billed for a cancelled add on, I then gave up and phoned to confirm this and insist on getting feedback in writing. First off no one had looked at my email and I was told I can't give them notification yet it's too early.

So no feedback at all in months, no refunds or even acknowledgment of communication from cancellation and their legal department, still *****ing money every month from me.

Now just to again prove the complete incompetence, I will even place Vodacom's response in my complaint and they will again show complete incompetence by pasting the same response to my complaint as the one I paste here again showing they are unable to read or comprehend a single thing.....
