Vodacom no thank you

Trying to get through to speak to someone is impossible. You have this long answering service but its not giving you an option to speak to someone. Its the worst service I've received from Vodacom and its very annoying. I have tried a few times to call but had no luck. It keeps cutting the call and tell me to call back later. I am so frustrated that I am considering changing my service provider. I am very annoyed and frustrated.
