Vodacom - no technical support on weekends!

Vodacom has been off in the Hogsback, Eastern Cape area since Wednesday (25 April). Cell C ***gybacks off Vodacom tower in Hogsback. It was reported 26 April and apparently the technical department doesn't work on weekends, much less long weekends, so we will be without Vodacom and CellC comms till 2 May if we are lucky. This is shocking service and unacceptable! Thousands of people are affected by this and rely on Vodacom to earn a living yet Vodacom won't sort the problem out till after the long weekend! Unacceptable!
