Vodacom no support and customer care page answered by someone trying to sell me services privately

Dear Hello Peter I wrote about a problem on Vodacom customer care facebook page which directs one to send a whatsapp message. Vodacom does not respond at all and doesnt answer calls but an unknown person answers the whatsapp sayung he will keep the chat private and offers to sell me cellphone related services. This appears to be a **** but there is NO response from Vodacom at all. This was my message: For over a month now my vodacom calls are all dropping or going directly to voicemail. Vodastore unable to help. This has cost me so much time and money. Please respond urgently Pauline van der Spuy
