Vodacom - No stock on advertised deals

I have been waiting for more than a year now to upgrade. I prefer to upgrade to Nokia. Finally when the new catalogue was released for November they had the Nokia 8.3 listed. I contacted the Vodashop where I usually do my upgrades. The lady said that we have to sign a contract before she will order the phones. My husband and I both need to upgrade, so we signed the contracts.

This morning they said there is no stock in the warehouse and they don't think there will be soon.

I tried to contact Vodacom head office. No help from their side.

I tried to contact Nokia No help from their side.

Is this the way you keep your customers happy.
