Vodacom no signal

I currently live in the drakensberg area and have been a vodacom user for many many years including my entire family , but since living in the drakensberg I have found vodacoms signal to be absolutely shocking even on the clearest and sunny days , you can't make phone calls or even get a internet connection, and after multiple calls to vodacom from many drakensberg residents this problem still continues
