Vodacom.... no service provider

<p>Today I have experienced the worst service ever. <br />Last night I did an online upgrade - seeing as you advertise it as the alpha & omega with next day delivery. <br />This morning, trying to track the status of my upgrade and to see the status of my phone delivery, I tried contacting every single call centre available. With no luck. <br />I tried cancelling the online order and even going in-store. <br />I have been offered the most arrogant service by your call centers and I am currently in mindset of cancelling all my Vodacom contracts. <br />I will not ever recommend Vodacom Online for anybody. It sucks. <br />I am still not sure if I will receive my phone. <br />And this was urgent. <br />Cant believe you advertise yourself as a professional service!!!</p>
